Harbor & Hearth

Harbor & Hearth is a slow, warm management sim. You rebuild a coastal town, assign villagers, and balance food, tools and morale. Nothing is timed against a clock, so it stays relaxing even when the layout gets complicated.

What sold me is how villagers keep tiny schedules. Watch long enough and you'll notice the baker visiting the docks each morning. It's small, but it makes the town feel lived-in rather than like a spreadsheet with sprites.

Progression opens new buildings and crafting chains at a gentle pace. There's a soft story about a returning founder woven through the tasks. Ideal for winding down before bed.
